Furthermore included in this latest photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling different parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
